Health and Wellness
My journey into health and wellness didn’t start with a trend — it started with fertility. When I began navigating the ups and downs of trying to conceive, I quickly realized how deeply connected our overall health is to our ability to create life. What began as a desire to support my body through that season turned into a passion for understanding nutrition, hormones, stress, and the everyday choices that impact our well-being. I learned to listen to my body in a way I never had before.
Through that journey — and later through my experiences as both a mom of four and a surrogate — my interest in health became more than personal. It became purposeful. I saw firsthand how powerful it is when women feel informed, supported, and in tune with their bodies. Fertility opened the door for me, but it led to a lifelong commitment to wellness — not just for myself, but for the moms I now hope to encourage and empower along the way.
